The Image Database of Japanese Arts

Introduction

This database deals with the collection of Japanese arms of the Stibbert Museum in Florences and is the result of a collaborative project between the Stibbert Museum and UT-PICURE. All images and explanations are provided by the museum, improved and exhibited here under the responsibility of PICURE. +This database does not cover the whole collection, only selected works are listed.
+We introduce 124 images in 7 pages. Each page contains thumbnails for 20 plates. Click on the thumbnail to view the enlarged images (400*400px) . Captions in Italian are provided by F. Civita (The Stibbert Museum), those in Japanese by PICURE.
